Melissa was born in Wisconsin and ventured to the West to escape the snow. Melissa had a very successful career as a high school teacher in the Valley. Her students can attest to her patience and desire to teach. Those same qualities make her exceptional to work with.
 

Michelle Lanigan  

Michelle Lanigan's career began with a strong emphasis on sales and marketing in large department with different clothing lines suppliers in St Louis, Missouri. She left the Midwest and moved to Arizona where she transferred her focus to Property and Casualty sales with an insurance company here in Arizona. After being in insurance, she turned her attention to detail and professionalism into a successful career in real estate. Michelle concentrates on her clients needs, is passionate about how real estate can change people’s lives, and enjoys being a part of such a big life changing experience. Whether her clients are buying their first or fifth home, she allows them to make powerful decisions with the knowledge of what is happening in the real estate market and how it pertains to each individual client. She has found her passion in watching how her experience and expertise in real estate market can change people’s lives for many years to come. Her values of integrity, compassion, leadership and excellence have put her clients in a position of power when making their very personal decision to make a move with their families. Christy Richards 

Christy Richards comes to Team Red Hot with a professional background in Service and Computer Industries as well as Interior Design. She is especially skilled at assisting her buyers with new construction design needs. In her spare time she enjoys reading, drawing, art collecting, working out and travel to other countries.
